• Fixed the issue where some ghostly hands appearing during bosses' rage phase wouldn't be displayed.

• Now the target of the Plague Skulls skill (skulls chase a single character) will receive a visible mark.

Melegh

• Fixed the issue where the mark of the Phantom Skull skill would disappear from a character before time. Additionally, now the mark always show the correct direction.
• Fixed the issue where once the boss was using the Disarmament skill, the character would often appear in a lair with weapons.
• Fixed the issue where the first attack from the Test of Tenacity skill would not inflict damage. Now the character displays correctly once freed from the enslavement.
• Fixed the issue where the characters bound by the Grave Bond spell could receive damage even when standing at a correct distance from each other.

Geologist have recently stumbled upon many deposits of fossils from creatures that have disappeared a long time ago. These creatures were inhabiting the planet long before humans were. Khelp Pranksters

Upon exiting the battle for 3 to 5 players, there is a chance Khelp Pranksters will spawn. They will try to steal the drop. Khelps are only susceptible to hits from snowballs and attacks by characters in divine form. If a character has a Khelp Talisman in their inventory, Khelps will not spawn for them. If a character with theTalisman is on an adventure alone or in a party with other characters, each of which possesses a Talisman, Khelps will not spawn for them in the adventure. Event currency drops from Khelps.

Live Snowdrifts

During the event, daily quests are available in the park that you can complete by finding and throwing snowballs at 15 Khelp Pranksters in the park. There is a 60% chance of a Khelp Prankster spawning when searching snowdrifts. They have sufficient health to get rid of Khelps with snowballs together. Khelps in the park do not give a drop. Quest completion yields a considerable amount of currency. 

Gifts for All

During the event, players are invited to take a gift from under the Holiday Tree every day. Each subsequent gift can only be taken on the next day of the holiday. There are a total of 14 gifts during the event.

Festival Guardian

During the festival, players can meet Christmas Asterius. Like last year, there is a chance he will spawn at the start of an adventure. If you talk to him, he will tell you the history of the Winter Festival and give you some cryolators.

Adepts

During the holiday, all adepts receive additional snowballs from their journeys. The first gift under the Christmas Tree will give them a special Snowball-item, which will devour the snowballs they have.
If the avatar has the necessary number of snowballs, there will be a notification on the Snowball. The Snowball must be fed with snow so the adept can get a Snowman. The last gift in the Gifts for All series will be a legendary carrot relic.

But that’s not it. We will reveal more events and sales as the celebrations progress. During these events, you will notice the visual changes that happen within Aelion. In the capital's park, the event map will have stelas that put skates on players. You can only skate in the park and the skates are removed when you leave. Enjoy the Winter Celebration and let the festivities continue!

The Celebration will be going on until January 3rd!

We will also have an Argent Generator sale that will be starting today, which will provide an Argent Generator giving a total of 10k argents. While the Pantheon Wars are underway and fierce battles take place to wrestle control over the Celestial Temples, we thought that you will enjoy a small creativity break and make amend to your Pantheon for your lastest performance into the Wars by promoting your Pantheon!

From January 5th to January 15th, promote your Pantheon for prizes, glory and free advertising!
Create your version of a Propaganda image to promote your Pantheon! This can be a slogan, logo, Pantheon photo, or anything you can think of as long as it’s an image.

• Only entries submitted to the Official Guild Propaganda Contest post on the forums between January 5th to January 15th (23:59 CET) will be entered into the contest.
• Entries must be submitted as an image – Text, Video, or otherwise will not be accepted.
• Prizes will only be awarded to the one who submitted the entry, not all who participated in it.
• If multiple players from the same Pantheon are selected as winners, the Pantheon will only receive the highest reward of Pantheon Credits and Resources Points, while the players will still receive their Victor’s Medals. Frozen by Thror during ancient times, glaciers have since covered one of Western Inkara’s shores. Here we discover Donholk Glacier, complete with a nearby research station always filled with scientists and Templars.

History

Stretched at the foot of a mountain range, Donholk is a few thousand year old submontane glacier composed of a dozen valley glaciers which interflowed upon exiting onto a plain. Its formation predetermined the occurrence of numerous caves and tunnels located inside.

Most people always did their best to avoid Donholk as the old legends say there is nothing here but ice, rocks, and death. It’s quite accurate, with nearly no animals excluding the giant mammoths which are quite comfortable in the area.

Current Situation

Scientists from the research station reported unknown creatures wandering around the glacier at night. A few Templars volunteered to investigate, however connection to the group was lost the same day. A few of the scientists said that the mysterious figures vaguely reminded them of Virds. Suddenly, everything became rather clear…

It appears the Reapers of Death, loyal minions of Thanatos, hid within the caves of Donholk Glacier. Despite the cold, this is the perfect hideout for them: it’s deserted and hardly anyone enters the old frozen caves. Fortunately, even with their best efforts at attempting to hide, they were still revealed to Aelion’s defenders.

The scientists, scared to death by these reapers, contacted Aelinar for urgent support. It is time to go to Donholk in person and found out whether these really are the Reapers of Death or not!

The Reaper Invasion continues to rage on, but our scientists are focused on their excavations that are of great importance for understanding the history of our planet. Don’t miss the chance to help them, and achieve great rewards!

• The gold pack now includes a Parade Pegasus. You can only receive it once. If a character already has one, they will receive a prize of 7000 victor's medals.
• Packs containing color options for companions have been expanded. They now contain an extra two styles for Ambrosius and one each for Ellie, Cromack and Arc. If characters already have these color options, they will receive 5000 credits.
• Pantheon rating table display has been corrected.

Other

• Cappas in the Village quest corrected in the Diaphran Archipelago. Its marker is no longer marked with animals that are not required to complete the quest.
• Fixed the issue where a player who has just left a Pantheon could not create a new Pantheon.
• The amount of credits in a reward for victory over training and champion versions of Thanatos now depend on having/not having a premium account.
• Fixed the issue where some players did not get the chance to use the consumable item hotkey when first visiting Dankit Island on a storyline quest.
• Fixed the issue where some characters could visually remain in the divine form after using an ability from the extra panel (Alt key) in the human form.

The stimulants will be sold at a 25% discount! These items will allow you to speed up the completion of the Council of Gods directives by skipping the adventures you are not interested in. Additionally, the stimulants will allow you to instantly complete promotion quests. These items will be of use both to the players who log in only occasionally, accumulating several directives and completing them in 1-2 days, and to the users that don't want to participate in activities they are not interested in. The stimulants allow you to save your in-game time and focus on the quests you want to complete yourself.

Knowledge of Enemies will also enjoy a 30% discount. The importance of that resource can hardly be underestimated: it allows you to upgrade your Tower of Knowledge and thus improve your character's base stat: its Might. The higher its value, the more efficiently can your hero deal with the challenges of the game. Do remember that many of the Trophy Hall promotions increase your character's Might boost from the Tower of Knowledge at a proportional rate. Correspondingly, the higher its rank, the more boosted will the stat be by the Trophy Hall. Additionally, you can unlock a new class for the Knowledge of Enemies!
